Summertime is usually a dry period for me because of the lack of regular fellowship. Small groups take a break, and long vacations create a longer break from attending church. Though I make time to read God’s word and pray in the morning, regular companionship of believers is very important to enjoying fullness of life and journeying with hope and faith. Things to do while waiting.
It’s been five years since I’ve recommitted my life back to Christ. One of the very first thing I’ve asked was that my entire family would know Jesus as Lord and Savior. I thought it’ll happen soon enough. Haha. I didn’t know that I’ll still be waiting. I’ve had my share of frustrations and questions, and trying to understand why it’s taking so long.
