Hello friends. I hope and pray that you’re doing well. In this week’s newsletter I will share more information on the biography of Ruth Bell Graham, Billy Graham’s wife. As I was reading the biography I was wondering how the writer, Patricia Cromwell knows so many private details. When I read the back of the book where she thanked people; I realized that her research was very thorough. It took her 15 years to research and write this biography. Ruth Graham wrote a personal journal and also wrote many, many letters to family members. In addition, there were countless hours of interviews with Ruth Graham, her family members, colleagues and friends. What I’m saying is that readers can learn a lot from her biography on what it looks like to follow Jesus Christ completely and wholeheartedly, if you are looking for a good example. 

Hello friends. This Sunday is Easter Sunday! Jesus Christ is alive and well, and seated at the right hand of the Father in heaven! That is who we follow and serve today – an all powerful and resurrected Savior. When you go to church this Sunday, worship Him with all your strength and heart.

The enemy (aka Satan and his demons) has done an excellent job of misrepresenting God to outsiders because of our people’s lack of knowledge and poor examples. (There are many who are excellent examples but of course the enemy highlights the ones who fail miserably. It is what it is.)

Hello friends. I’ve heard about Amy Carmichael but never had an opportunity to look into her life’s work. She was a missionary to India 🇮🇳 and because of her writings and work in rescuing children from temple prostitution, the government eventually made this illegal in India.

Hello friends. I thought I’d share a little bit of my backstory. Please read my older message below, re-shared with my prayer group since many more people were added recently. 

Hello friends. I told you about the Novo prayer ministry that I participated in last fall semester. My church friend who also did Novo last fall told me about Novo’s podcast. I heard one of their podcast on “hearing from God”. I had forgotten about this exercise that they taught us. And so I did it one morning in my quiet time. I asked God, “Is there anything that you’d like to say to me?” Then I received two powerful visions. 

Hello friends. I was feeling disoriented past week because of my traveling. As I was thinking of skipping my weekly newsletter, this morning I was reminded about Jesus Christ’s words to his disciples, “freely you have received, freely give.” Here’s a good commentary and background about this statement:

Being an intercessor is listening to what the Holy Spirit is saying in order to bring God’s kingdom on earth through prayer and fasting. I do this by studying the Bible a lot to understand God’s will, and also by examining my intentions, and what or who sits in my heart. Only God should be the one who sits in my heart.  God shares His thoughts with those who are His faithful followers, and those who honor and revere His name. 

Hello friends. With all the snow this winter in our area, I recalled a snow storm dream that I had. Since I don’t remember my dreams much and I’m not a very creative person, I find it fun when I receive divine dreams. I guess it makes it easier for me to know that they are divine dreams. Here is my dream from May 2020. 

Hello friends. This week as I was having my morning quiet time, I was reminded about a powerful dream that I had in November 2016. It was when I was researching and thinking a lot about the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit. (I don’t remember my dreams much and so when I do, I write it down quickly to process it with the Lord later and ask for clarification.) These two dreams that I had back-to-back were pretty straightforward. I hope they help you too. 

Hello friends! I hope you’re doing well. These stories really blessed me this week and I hope they will help you too. Some stories will challenge you and make you think a lot too. Do what Mary, the mother of Jesus did when she heard things beyond her comprehension – keep these in your heart and ponder about their words. If it’s truly from God then you will understand it fully over time.
