As I have learned about the violent abuses of children for sex in the last decade, I’d wonder how long Jesus was going to allow this violence to continue upon the children. My guess was that He won’t tolerate this very long.

“Be Loud for the Children” Facebook group has been even more eye-opening. Members are sharing horrific stories and photos. Because I’ve read about these things from charity organizations and survivors, I know that they are sharing unaltered photos. However seeing the photos are a whole different thing. Retired FBI agents to child abuse victims are sharing their stories.

Holy Spirit, is this where you are blowing me to? This secular group of people who are outraged as I am about this violence against children? How much do you want me to get involved? I really need your guidance and direction.

After reading this article that was shared on this Facebook group, I was convicted of my exit from this cause couple of years ago. Instead of praying for greater strength and wisdom, I remember praying that I needed a pause because the stories are too disturbing for my soul. I didn’t think about the children who had no exit.

Jesus, forgive me. I’m not going to be perfect but I’m here for your work. Use me as you want. Give me strength and courage because I’m afraid to go back into this battlefield. Help me to discern what my role is and to balance my life as I still submit to a husband who is hostile to you. Forgive him and my children. Be merciful to them for my sake. Continue to soften their hearts toward you. 🙏

Please give me direction on my fall service work as well. The ladies from the Monday bible study group want me to lead a group again this fall. I still have the two women’s prayer groups and High School PTO is getting busier again. My family needs me too. I submit my energy and resources all to you Jesus. Amen.

I always learn so much from listening to pastor Derek Prince. His comment at the end of this message about God’s determination for His Last Day Army caught my attention. I remember reading the book “Heaven is for real” and the boy who visited heaven mentioned about the men of God fighting like great warriors for God’s causes. Our women’s prayer groups have been praying regularly about the men of God to rise up and to fight. Lord, is this something that we will get to see fulfilled very soon? I hope so. Come Lord Jesus, come! Stir up your men and position them in the battlefield!
