Thank you for following me in my journal of living life with Jesus. I ask you to please join me in praying for our USA elections. Here is a prayer guide that I will be using to pray alone and with my women’s prayer groups. This is a message that I shared yesterday with the two women’s prayer groups that I lead. Thank you for reading and praying with us!

Good morning ladies! As I reflect back on the many, many petitions of our prayer groups in the last six years, I think the one consistent request that stands out to me is the request for a revival in the body of Christ in our country. I wasn’t sure how God was going to deliver a revival but I knew that we needed one as I saw the enemy winning mightily and seeing the big exodus and capture of young people from Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z leaving their childhood faith. If they leave who’s left to evangelize the unsaved to warn them of hell, or lead the future of the church? Who’ll reach the aging Baby Boomers who are leaving this earth without knowing Jesus Christ? Who’ll resist the great forces of the evil enemy in our land?
Yesterday I went to Tony Evans’ ministry website and I was really blessed by his recent sermon on “why we need a revival”. After listening to this one, please listen to the other three below. It’s all about revivals.
Jesus Christ said to pray like the persistent widow in our prayers. Well, we have certainly been doing that. I thank the ladies who have been faithful to go with me to the Judge, our Almighty God, together for the last six years and continue to do so for our children, church, community and country.
May this sermon series on revival give you more understanding on how God operates. Let’s look forward to a great revival coming soon to our land because we have been praying for a revival consistently and with persistency as Jesus told us to do when we pray. And with this great movement of God the prodigals, the captured, and the lost will come to Jesus Christ and our house of worship will surely be overflowing in our families, schools, churches, communities and country!

Whomever gets elected, we’ll stand behind the leaders and pray for them consistently and persistently. One main thing I’ve learned in 2020 is to pray for our country’s political leaders regularly as the scriptures told us to do, but which I confess I’ve rarely done before. May God bless and deliver America, and have mercy on us as we pray and repent. 🙏 With love and much prayers for our children, church, community, and country.
