The war in Ukraine is gripping me tremendously. I do what I can do and asking Christian believers to pray is that. Please pass along these prayer needs in your circle. Remember your prayers are powerful as a child of God through Jesus Christ, especially when it’s propelled by a biblically obedient lifestyle, and peaceful respect and unity in your family and church relationships. Thank you for caring and praying.
This weekend I was led to search Ukraine’s pastor Henry Madava who I heard from in the beginning of the war. His church is in Kyiv, Ukraine. I was relieved to see on YouTube that his church is still having services and being broadcasted. Since they speak in their language without any English translation, I didn’t get any more information.
Evangelists Vlad Savchuk and Isaiah Saldivar interviewed pastor Henry Madava couple of weeks ago. Pastor Henry Madava shared many points that we can be praying for which I haven’t considered. Please listen to this interview and keep praying.
BBC article and Christian news shared about sex traffickers targeting the women and children refugees. Please read these news and pray for God’s interventions and divine protection. I know how horrendous it would be if they get trapped. Please, please pray for God’s punishment against the human traffickers and that they will be saved from their eternal judgement, and be used by God with their remaining years on earth.

Many times I really, really want to do more than just pray. My situation prevents me and I cannot. I comfort my impatience with the knowledge that even Jesus did little action-worthy things for 30 years. David, Joseph, Moses, Apostle Paul and many others did little until their appointed time set by God. I also remind myself that prayers linked with God’s word on one side and unity with God’s people on the other side, makes my prayer intercessions very powerful and formidable. If you are also hindered naturally then you have great potential to move mountains spiritually through your prayer intercessions.
Here is a good simple prayer guide for the Ukrainians if you want to print it out and pray daily for their blessings and needs. https://ifapray.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Ukrainian-Evangelistic-Prayer-Guide-1.pdf
FYI – I was very blessed to hear pastor Henry Madava’s older messages on YouTube. I heard four already and they are very eye-opening. How revolutionary it would be if churches in my area preach like this from the pulpit! Here are the ones that I heard so far if you want to check it out:
1. Power and influence of prayer-
2. Violent war-
3. God is good all the time-
4. When God takes territory through us-
