Recently I’ve been hearing from my prayer group members about their young adult daughters dabbling with witchcraft. They still live at home and dependent on their parents for support. One member is aware of the great dangers of witchcraft and doubling down on prayers for her family and home and will have serious discussions with her daughter too; while another member is unaware and thinks that it’s harmless as long as her daughter only does the good kind of witchcraft and spells. Oh boy. Therefore I wrote this message for the entire group and shared it today along with my older message shared in 2021. I have also learned that my daughter watched Wicca witch ceremonies during the pandemic lockdown. This explains why she fell into great mental distress and torment during that time. Though I didn’t know what was happening to her, I now see that the Holy Spirit led me to do all that I could do to help her and my family too. He had me double down on my prayers and receive much more prayers for myself by joining a Times Square church women’s prayer connect group for a year. Today my daughter is doing well in college majoring in finance and computer science. She still needs to be saved so please pray for her and all my family members who need salvation. Thank you!

Recently, I’ve been hearing about young adult daughters who are dabbling in witchcraft in our group. I wish I can tell you that this is only harmless entertainment. It is not harmless. It is very dangerous. It opens a demonic portal and the evil spirits now have access into your home and other household members if your daughter lives with you. This situation requires you to be very, very strong for the sake of your family. You must double or triple up on your prayer discipline, become more rooted with your church and stay close to faith-filled small group of believers who know their Bible well and have been walking faithfully with Jesus. If your church has a form of godliness but no power, in this great family emergency it may require you to reconsider your home church.

This type of crisis requires more than love. It requires God’s power and sound mind too.

Like a parent dealing with a child who has a drug addiction, you will pour yourself out to help your child. However, you must also consider the rest of your other children and marriage. You must also remember your own wellbeing and self-care too. You require divine guidance and greater supernatural grace, wisdom and perseverance. Please receive prayers regularly for yourself from your church leaders and trusted friends. This is a very serious spiritual warfare and you need help from the body of Christ. This spiritual battle may last a while too since the enemy won’t leave so easily, especially if your child is not a born-again believer. If she becomes born-again then her deliverance can be instant but after her deliverance, she MUST fill herself with the word of God continually or else, she would get even worse. If she is not willing to do this yet, then have her “park“ herself in research-based, neutral pursuits for now. But make sure that you are joined with like-minded believers and constantly be in prayer for your family and yourself. Please come to our prayer meetings if you suspect that your child is dabbling with witchcraft. Only steadfast prayer and fasting will help your child while also protecting you and the rest of your family members. 

Times Square Church has many virtual connect groups. If your church is not equipped to handle this level of spiritual warfare, then I know this church and its leaders are equipped and able. Please sign up and put it in your highest priority to attend the weekly meetings. They offer so many virtual small groups.

If you have younger children, please warn your children about the dangers of witchcraft as you warn them about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, date rape, relationship violence, sexual predators, human trafficking, STDs, fortune telling, etc. etc. etc. Honestly, there are so many dangers in these last days, I don’t know how anyone can survive without continual prayers and Christian fellowship for encouragement.  Please also warn your children to not date anyone or become close with friends who are dabbling with witchcraft. They are not strong nor spiritually wise enough to handle this type of dark spiritual powers and warfare.
