Many of our members have teens and young adults as children and grandchildren. We pray frequently for them. Oftentimes we need encouragement along the way to help us persevere in our prayers for them. Please watch this interview and may his testimonies inspire you to keep praying. God is there listening to your prayers for your children and grandchildren. Never, ever give up on praying for them – be faithful in your primary work of praying, whether you feel like it or not because the Bible teaches us that this is what works.

Here are two good articles reminding us that God helps us to raise our children. I tell parents that it’s a long road ahead so pace yourself and give yourself a lot of grace and forgive yourself too. Be rooted in a parent community group in your church. We need one another and are safe together. Satan and his demons always go after the Lone Ranger Christian and their children because they are the easiest to steal, kill and destroy.

The Jewish holiday Purim was this week. Please read this article to learn more about this religious holiday and a brief history overview of how Satan has been working nonstop to annihilate the Jewish people. This will never happen because God has his eye upon the Jewish people and will fulfill all His promises made to Abraham and his descendants. Also, if you want to do a good Bible study on the book of Esther which the Purim celebration is about, Beth Moore has a great study on this book. I did it a few years ago and it was excellent.

A friend shared this video with me. So much went over my head but the end conclusions are good and true. Apparently, the solar eclipse happening on 4/8 is a big deal and a heavenly sign from God to us, mortals. This gentleman seems to know what he’s talking about. Below is his ministry website for your review. I won’t fact-check his astrology information but I do agree with him that as Christians we need to understand the Hebrew meaning and history behind our beliefs. I’ve been studying the Old Testament books extensively in the past 13 years and yet I have only scratched the surface. This knowledge helps me to discern between what is right and almost right. I am not as easily deceived and manipulated by Satan and his lies.
This devotional was a good read on discerning dreams. Whenever I remember my dreams I always pray about it immediately. Since I wake up at 4:30-5 AM every morning it’s easy to talk about my dream immediately in prayer. In fact this morning I woke up and had a dream about someone and I knew right away that this person is struggling with their faith and that I am to pray for this person in a certain way. I also know that I am not to share who this person is because that’ll only bring fear. It’s my job to simply pray and believe that because I am praying this person will receive extra attention and help from God. If you remember your dreams, please always talk to God first and foremost. Wait for His instructions and He may even have you reach out to other mature Christians for interpretations. I think He does that so we always need one another and catch up in our relationship and keep our unity too.
