Please watch this video about the fallacy of the Prosperity Gospel in the church. This past week, I heard two influential pastors talk about the great number of Christians falling away from their faith. From my experiences and Bible studies, God wants his children to be growing in holiness, maturity, humility, love and self-control. In my opinion, the prosperity gospel pushes happiness, while God desires holiness in us. I can see how followers of the prosperity gospel-type of message would fall away when times get tough and the formulas that they have been taught do not work out. Let us be forewarned about this so we are not the ones who lose our faith when things get tough. Let our foundation be found firm in Jesus Christ. He must be our chief cornerstone!

This past Thursday at our prayer meeting when Mary was praying for our children, I saw a vision of her prayers coming down from heaven as fireballs and landing upon our kids! The supernatural fire didn’t burn them but rather it protected them from many dark demons lurking around them. They weren’t able to go near our kids because of the flames. This is what prayers do for our children and grandchildren. It’s not a permanent fireball so we do need to pray daily and diligently. I urge everyone to have prayer partners and to pray weekly with one another. This is truly the best way to bless your children and grandchildren; for there is great power especially in corporate prayers.
