Recently I was excited to watch a historical fiction series with famous actors about the American western frontier. But after seeing how horribly the Catholics were featured on this show, I said that I cannot watch it anymore. Of course there are bad people out there who hide inside the church but to have the entire category of Christians depicted so horribly evil was very disturbing. I have many friends who are devout Catholics and they are good people who are doing their best to live an honorable life. We need more Christians in the entertainment industry.
I’ve changed tremendously in the last 14 years being a disciple of Jesus Christ and trying my best to obey what I study in the Bible. All my changes have been for the positive and it’s my family members who benefit most from the changes within me. I believe it made their life easier and better. I used to have so much pride, a hot temper, anger issues and a need to be right. I was so self-righteous. I’m soooo thankful to God that he came back for me when my kids were still young, ages 8 and 4. I shudder to think about how much I could have damaged them by my actions and words.
I remember being torn inside because I really didn’t think I could handle trying to live a disciplined and humbled Christian life again. Then I discovered a Christian radio station 99.1 in my car and it was this song that finalized my resolve to try once again.
As I look back on my dramatic changes in the past 14 years, I realized that the Holy Spirit was developing me in the area of “emotional intelligence”. Many clinical, organizational and longitudinal studies have shown that EQ is a better indicator of success than IQ in relationships, workplace and career. Higher EQ will also give you a higher quality of life satisfaction aka “abundant life”. Jesus said that he came to give us an abundant life. He is telling us the truth. It is the devil who lies.
Please share this report with your children. It’s about the top skills that employers are looking for in their candidates. I noticed that many skills that the employers are looking for are in the “emotional intelligence” category.

Conferences and events:
Young people need inspiring stories and people to look up to. I didn’t think there were any Christians in NYC when I was working there in the mid-90s. If I had known about Times Square Church or the Redeemer Church; I would have loved it. John Maxwell and other Christian leaders are having a big conference in Philadelphia on Saturday, 3/31. Ticket prices are very affordable too. Please go with your children and be inspired.
This event is an online conference and it’s free. I recognize some of the people and have read their books to know that they are Christian leaders who are making big impact in the marketplace. Christine Cain is the founder of A21, a nonprofit that combats human trafficking and helps restore the survivors. Tim Tebow has recently joined the crusade against human trafficking with his own organization. They are excellent leaders to follow and support if God has given you a burden on human trafficking. They and their family members need your prayers for their safety too. Human traffickers are very dangerous, evil and masters at deception. They are also hiding and ruling from high places of power.

David Hernandez is a young pastor that I’ve been following for couple of years now. He’s legit and very grounded in the word of God. He specializes in healing and deliverance ministry. He’s coming to East Rutherford, NJ this coming weekend and registration is free.

I just watched this Gather25 recorded event from Delhi, India. 🇮🇳 It was so inspiring. Please pray for their safety too. Christian persecution and violence has intensified in India in recent years. These very brave leaders on stage need our prayers and support.

The main speaker’s topic is about having a good healthy fear of the Lord. It is one of my favorite theological topics. Studying the Bible so much in the last 14 years has taught me to have a good, healthy fear of God.
My good friend who is Indian American knew exactly who this young pastor was and shared his story with me. Wow what a testimony! He is really funny too. 😂
Please subscribe to this group that reports on Christian persecution worldwide. It’s important to know what is happening and to support our siblings-in-Christ who are suffering violence and persecution for their faith.
As I was enjoying the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir new album launch, this one choir member’s testimony and song blew me away. He was a drug dealer and user, and a former hater of Christians and God. I came across this snapshot in Newsweek magazine. In our prayer and intercession meetings, we pray about the opioid crisis often. With fentanyl added into the drugs, we know enough young people who have died. If you have any children and grandchildren who are not saved yet, please tell them that they must call upon the name of Jesus Christ if they are ever in danger. There’s no other name that can save them in a life and death situation.
Please watch this video to get some advice on how to start the conversation with your young children and grandchildren about drugs and other harmful threats. Kids hear less from parents once they turn about 13. The Jewish tradition of teaching the children early prior to their bar/bat mitzvah at age 13 is very wise.
TSC’s late founder David Wilkerson started Adult & Teen Challenge. It is a very good Christian program for drug addiction if anyone is looking for help. Their success rate is very high compared to secular programs.
Please know that your prayers are heard in heaven. Make prayers your highest discipline and priority to bless your children and grandchildren continuously. Here’s a good sermon about prayer being our highest calling as Christians.
