Some were working on putting a new sign on the billboard. It was mostly blank at the moment. One or two were speaking out with a microphone and directing their voices below as if there was a crowd below. I couldn’t hear what they were saying or singing. They looked like young, hip hop Hispanic musicians. I was shaking my head with my mouth open, like an older person when we see young people doing crazy, dangerous things. I was concerned about their safety and falling to their death. I don’t remember seeing any harness on them.
