Sunflower 🌻 Prophecy

This is a picture that we have on our bedroom wall to remind us of our road-trip to Italy’s Tuscany region. There were many sunflower farms there, along with plenty of grape vineyards for wine.

Why am I suddenly so interested in sunflowers? Because of this sunflower prophecy that Sid Roth shared recently. I know it’s important to test prophecies. I’m far from knowing how to do this well but I am desperate for a revival in our churches, country and the world. Prior to the pandemic, I prayed for a revival often enough; but now I am praying for a revival daily. This is our only hope. There is no other option.

Zachariah and the Phoenician woman

I did a Bible study on the book of Zachariah recently and the name Zechariah means “God remembers.” A church friend, Teresa whom I’ve lost touch with when her husband went overseas for work; I recently ran into her and her family at a local church that I was visiting. Her family came back to NJ and was now attending this church. She was pregnant with her fourth son and told me that they will name him Zechariah. This made me cry because in my very difficult season with my daughter, I was being reassured that “God remembers”. God remembers my obedience to His voice to stay in my marriage, my services to His church and people, my submission to His will and ways.

Definition of SOS – an internationally recognized signal of distress in radio code ‧ ‧ ‧ - - - ‧ ‧ ‧ used especially by ships calling for help.

Dear Lord Jesus, I wish I can see you and feel your presence in greater measure in another great storm. I think in all the storms of this year and half, this is by far the greatest one for me and my family. Your words in the Bible brings me relief but I really need you more. So I cry out S.O.S. this morning. I wonder what this really means, I’ve seen it in cartoons. Lol. But this is exactly how I feel right now, sending my daughter off to college soon without resolving her eating disorder and mental health issues.

Ruth Bell Graham and Prodigals

Love her prayer in a poem for her future husband.❤️

When Billy Graham passed away in 2019, I only heard about him as a famous evangelist but never heard his messages. Once his classic sermons became available on Sirius XM radio, I listened to them all the time in my car. His sermons burned within my heart as I’d imagine the two followers’ hearts did when Jesus appeared by them on the road to Emmaus, days after he was resurrected. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+24%3A13-33&version=NIV

Israel and the End Times

When I started my faith journey over ten years ago, I knew that Jesus Christ came from a Jewish background. However since I was void of theology and had very little knowledge of the Old Testament books, I assumed that the Jewish people were punished by God for their rejection of Jesus Christ two thousand years ago and that the church replaced the Jewish people as God’s special people on earth.
Also, I didn’t understand why my Jewish husband was so suspicious of the church. He thought I had joined a Christian cult since I suddenly wanted to go to church weekly and read my bible constantly. Since then, I did A LOT of research on church history and what happened between the Jewish people and the church. I was so surprised to find out that the first century church was all Jewish believers! I was even more surprised that all the apostles who wrote the New Testament books were Jewish too.

Biblical Submission for Women and the Best “Love and Marriage” Seminar Ever!

I recently discovered pastor Voddie and I must say he preached this very tough topic about biblical submission for women with great courage. As a former feminist only ten years ago, it took a lot of tears, pain and heartache to submit my will and behaviors to obey God’s word in my marriage. It is up to you to obey. I ask you to at least listen and pray about what he said in this message. https://youtu.be/hUvzYcQGZvg

Lessons for Believers from the Titanic

I read this article about a pastor from Scotland who perished in the Titanic. He did his last kingdom assignment superbly. He was heard shouting this on the sinking Titanic, “Women, children and the unsaved into the lifeboats!”

Please read and be inspired by this pastor’s act of heroism. Let’s pray that we will be prepared as he was, to do our last assignment for the Lord superbly with great bravery. – https://ifapray.org/blog/what-the-titanic-can-teach-us-about-these-precarious-times/
