Hello friends. I enjoy remembering and reading my old messages that I think I’ll keep sharing them with you throughout the new academic year.
We started praying last Friday and our group focuses on the Gen Z (ages 14-29). God is moving mightily in this generation and we want to be part of this movement.
I was checking out this new book for college students. It looks excellent. There’s a link to the first chapter if you want to read it first before buying it. I think it’s also a great read for anyone who works with new believers and seekers of all ages.

I came across this saying during the great past revivals in America and it is very catchy and funny too.
“When you only have the Word of God, you dry up. When you only have the power of the Holy Spirit, you blow up. When you have both, you grow up.” 😂
Oh my goodness I heard an hour of this lady’s testimony and it is incredible! I highly recommend you to hear her testimony, at least the first hour. She was given only 11 months to live from a non-curable bone cancer. She shared her strategies to beat cancer and now lives fully healed! The last two hours are incredible too. They cover some theology about healing and miracles. There are many stories in the last two hours that are mind blowing as well. Wow. 🤯 It is worth your time to hear, learn and ponder/pray.

(The lady who shared this interview is contending for her healing from non-curable spinal cancer. She has a good group of friends who are mature believers. They live in Minnesota. The way I got connected to them is God’s providence. They are many steps ahead of me in their faith for healing and miracles. I’m like an intern just watching and learning from them, and seeing how they use the scriptures as swords to believe and contend for her healing. I’ve never seen people who use scriptures as swords! I’ve only heard and read about people like them, but not personally know those who acutally do this. I’ve seen plenty of believers, including myself who use scriptures to comfort, encourage and hope but not really use scriptures as swords. I am just keeping silent, and watching and learning from these ladies in Minnoseta…)

Good morning ladies! This devotional really blessed me this morning. It reminded me of my first couple of years back with Jesus. He invited me into isolation and asked me to give up my social life and agendas to follow him. It wasn’t easy but I’m so glad that I did follow and never turned back. Ironically, he is now sending me back to them!
